Who I am
This website, webinar.carlydocking.com, is run by Carly Docking, trading as The Curious Collective, a sole trader based in the UK. Postal address: Unit 135372, PO Box 7169, Poole, United Kingdom. Email: hello@thecuriouscollective.net.
What I collect
When you register for the webinar I collect your name and email address, the date and time you registered, and where you came from if the link you used carried a source tag. Analytics and advertising tools also collect technical data described below.
Why I collect it and the lawful basis
Your name and email are used to confirm your place, send you the Zoom link, send reminders before the webinar, send the recording and hand-outs afterwards, and to email you about the webinar and my related programmes. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you register. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing me.
Who processes your data
Supabase stores the registration database and Lovable hosts the site. Resend sends the confirmation and reminder emails. MailerLite stores your email for follow-up emails. Zoom hosts the live webinar; joining the Zoom call is subject to Zoom's own privacy policy. Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel collect anonymised usage and advertising data, only after you accept cookies in the banner. Each of these processes your data on my behalf under their own privacy terms.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site.
The webinar is recorded
The live session on Zoom is recorded. Attendees' cameras are off by default. If you ask a question by voice or in the chat, that may appear in the recording, which may be shared with registrants and used as content afterwards.
How long I keep it
Registration data is kept for 12 months after the webinar, then deleted. Email subscriptions last until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the data I hold about you, or stop me using it. Email hello@thecuriouscollective.net and I'll deal with it within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
